Adam Frisby and his fiancé Jamie Corbett have announced the joyful arrival of their baby daughter — a moment years in the making and filled with quiet emotion behind the scenes.

The 38-year-old fashion entrepreneur, founder of new brand Reasn, and his partner welcomed their first child together via surrogate in Connecticut, USA, on Friday. A spokesperson confirmed the happy news, revealing the couple are “overjoyed” as they begin life as first-time fathers.

According to the statement, Adam and Jamie are soaking up every moment with their newborn daughter, with both dads, the baby and the surrogate all said to be doing well. The baby girl weighed a healthy 6lb 15oz at birth, though the couple have yet to decide on her name.

The announcement comes after Daily Mail previously revealed the pair were expecting during an exclusive interview last summer. At the time, Adam and Jamie spoke candidly about the long and often painful road to parenthood — including an earlier surrogacy match that heartbreakingly ended in miscarriage.

They explained that after three years of hope, setbacks and uncertainty, the loss was devastating and forced them to start the process again from the beginning. Several potential matches followed before they finally connected with a surrogate who felt right — prompting the couple to tr avel to the US to meet her in person.

Although based in the UK, Adam and Jamie chose to pursue surrogacy in America due to clearer legal protections. They shared that in the US, parenthood is legally documented from the outset, making the process more secure and less stressful.

Despite the added challenges of international travel and waiting weeks for documentation before returning home, the couple described it as “a small price to pay” for their dream of becoming parents.
The pair also revealed how spending time as godfathers to Charlotte Crosby and Jake Ankers’ children helped prepare them for parenthood — from nappy checks to overnight stays. They credited their close circle of friends and family for emotional support throughout the journey.
Since stepping away from In The Style, Adam has been quietly building his new fashion brand and working on a behind-the-scenes project, while also taking time to recover from an intense period professionally and personally.
Now, with their daughter finally in their arms, Adam and Jamie say their focus is firmly on family — cherishing a moment that once felt heartbreakingly out of reach.
