Katie Price’s turbulent housing saga has taken yet another dramatic turn — just days after she returned to the UK from Dubai, where she is understood to have recently married and begun planning a permanent move abroad.

The former glamour model, 47, is now said to be facing an abrupt exit from her £4,500-a-month rented home near Horsham in West Sussex, after neighbours reportedly complained they “couldn’t take it anymore”.

Locals claim the luxury new-build property — which Katie has only occupied for a matter of months — has already begun to resemble a troubling echo of her infamous former home, the so-called Mucky Mansion.
Shocking images seen by neighbours show bin bags, debris and household junk piling up around the exterior of the three-bedroom barn conversion, with rubbish dumped near the rear of the property and spilling into shared sightlines.

One source said: “People nearby are furious. It’s a beautiful area and the house is very close to others — the mess is impossible to ignore. There’s real concern it’s going the same way as her old place.”
Drone photographs reveal just how close neighbouring homes are — and how stark the contrast is between well-kept surrounding properties and the growing clutter around Katie’s rental.
The complaints are understood to have reached the property owner, with insiders claiming the landlord has now decided Katie must leave.
The latest setback comes at a striking moment in her personal life. Katie has recently returned from Dubai, where she is believed to have quietly married her new husband and begun making plans to relocate there permanently.
Friends say the Middle East move is being seen as a “clean slate” — a chance to leave behind years of financial turmoil, public scrutiny and housing instability in the UK.
Yet the timing has raised eyebrows, with one insider remarking: “She comes back from Dubai thinking about her future, and suddenly the past catches up with her again.”
Katie’s housing history has been plagued by upheaval. Her original Sussex mansion — dubbed Mucky Mansion by locals — was sold in late 2024 after she was evicted by bailiffs amid mounting debts and a second bankruptcy declaration in March of that year.
She bought the sprawling nine-bedroom property in 2014 from former Tory peer Francis Maude for £1.35 million, but it later became notorious for disrepair, rubbish, and warnings about contaminated land.
After failing to sell it for £1.5 million, the price was slashed to £1.35 million before eventually being snapped up for £1.15 million — a sale from which Katie reportedly didn’t see a penny, as proceeds went straight toward outstanding debts.
Following that eviction, she briefly moved into a £5,000-a-month Tudor-style rental — only to leave again within months.
Speaking on her podcast last summer, Katie admitted she had been repeatedly forced to house-hunt after landlords decided to sell their properties.
Now, as she faces yet another move — and with neighbours once again voicing concerns — many are questioning whether her next chapter truly lies overseas.
As one local put it bluntly: “If this is meant to be a fresh start, it doesn’t look like one.”
Representatives for Katie Price have been contacted for comment.
