Clive Owen has made an emotional admission about his future at Ravenseat Farm with his ex-wife Amanda and their nine children.
The ex-couple, who split in 2022, have remained co-parents of their children and continue to work together on their fan-favourite TV farm.
Clive, 70, is 19 years older than his former spouse Amanda, who celebrated her 50th birthday last year.
During a repeated episode of the family’s Channel 4 show Our Farm Next Door, Clive candidly spoke about his working future now his children are growing up.
Fans watched as he enlisted the help of his older sons Miles and Sid to help him installing a gate as lambing season was underway.
As the trio got to work, it was revealed how the past three years had been ‘hard for Clive to get through’.

Turning to the camera, Clive remarked of his sons: ‘They could probably hang this gate without me.’
He continued: ‘As they get bigger, they take on more responsibility.
‘They are becoming men and are stronger than me, and it is lovely to work with these lads. It is how things have passed on.
‘It takes a lifetime to learn these things, but they are sharp, young fellas, and if I can help them, I will.’
However, directly addressing his future on the farm, Clive admitted he was unsure how much longer he’d have an active presence on the farm.
He said: ‘I don’t know how many more lambing times I’ve got left in me, so these lads will get the benefit if this gate, hopefully.’
The proud dad added: ‘It’s funny how time passes and you look back at things.’
Meanwhile, last week Channel 4 confirmed Our Farm Next Door would return for two more series in a major double recommission announcement.

Airing on digital channel More4, cameras will follow the Owen family as they set to work on their huge interiors project, planning what will go where and how things might look, not to mention installing plumbing and running water.
Penning an emotional tribute to fans, Amanda said: ‘I am beyond delighted that we have been given the opportunity to showcase this unique and beautiful part of our British countryside.’
She continued: ‘And for people to join us on our exciting journey through the restoration of our farm next door.
‘We’re grateful for Channel 4’s support and the effort and utter dedication of the film crew who have had to work in challenging weather conditions, coupled with the unimaginable chaos of both children and animals. This is a programme that I am seriously proud of.’
Jayne Stanger, commissioning editor for Channel 4, said: ‘Following the Owen family’s incredible work to renovate Anty John’s has been such a joy and I’m over the moon we’re able to continue the journey with two more series for More4.
‘I can’t wait to see how the amazing transformation of the farmhouse continues, as well as enjoying the magnificent Yorkshire scenery we’re treated to in every episode.’
