Former Love Island champion Finley Tapp has officially entered a brand-new chapter of life — becoming a dad for the very first time.

The reality TV favourite, who won the show’s historic winter series in South Africa on February 23, 2020, has welcomed a baby boy with his girlfriend Jess, just six months after the couple revealed they were expecting.

On Saturday, January 3, Finn confirmed the heart-warming news, sharing a collection of intimate snaps from the hospital to mark the arrival of their little one.
The couple have named their son Austin.
Alongside the photos, Finn wrote an emotional caption:
“Austin.
For nine months you were an image in our heads.
We imagined a world with you in it, and now you’re here.
Our hearts have never been fuller. The most perfect baby boy.
He ended the message with a tribute to Jess, adding:

“You were incredible. My admiration for you continues to grow each and every day.”
Fans and celebrity friends rushed to the comments to congratulate the couple, with messages flooding in within minutes.
One supporter wrote:
“He is beautiful. Congratulations to you both!”
Another added:
“Biggest congratulations — how beautiful is he! Hope you’re all doing well.”
Finn is now loved-up with Jess, the mother of baby Austin, but viewers will remember his earlier high-profile romance.
The hunk famously won Love Island alongside Paige Turley, with the pair remaining together for three years before splitting in 2023.

They later reunited on Celebrity Ex On The Beach in 2024 in a last-ditch attempt to rekindle their romance — but things came to an end shortly after filming wrapped.
Finn’s relationship with Jess became public last year, with her identity finally revealed by the press during summer 2025.
The couple first announced they were expecting in July, sharing their excitement on Instagram at the time with the caption:
“We can’t wait to meet you. Our hearts are so full.”
Now, just months later, the dream they once imagined is finally in their arms.
