Eric Refuses to Stay Silent

Eric confessed to Brooke that he and Donna were staying in a guest house while their home was under construction. But his real concern was Brooke’s heartache. Eric admitted he couldn’t understand why Ridge had not returned to her yet. Promising to take action, Eric left with a mission — to get through to Ridge before Taylor locked him into a marriage.
Ridge Torn Between Two Worlds
Meanwhile, Ridge confided in Taylor about Thomas ending his engagement to Paris. Taylor downplayed the breakup, claiming their upcoming wedding would give Thomas something positive to focus on. She revealed her plan: a romantic dinner where she and Ridge would finally pick a wedding date.

At the guest house, Thomas reflected on his conversation with Ridge. He told himself how much he believed in his father’s commitment to Taylor. When Taylor arrived, Thomas lit up at the news that she and Ridge would be setting a wedding date that very night.

Back at Forrester Creations, Katie and Brooke shared their thoughts on the tangled situation. Katie praised Eric for supporting Brooke and dismissed Ridge’s romance with Taylor as second-best. She believed Ridge truly loved Brooke and should not deny it.
But their conversation turned to Thomas. Brooke admitted she wanted a good relationship with Ridge’s son, yet worried about his influence.
