I’m A Celebrity star Sinitta has U-turned over her campmates and called David Haye and Jimmy Bullard out over “bullying” Adam Thomas in the explosive live finale, insisting that they “blew” their moment to share their side.

Months after the cast returned from South Africa, things became heated on Friday night as they gathered for the first time to crown the winner – with the Emmerdale actor eventually taking the crown.

At one point, the singer stormed off stage as tensions erupted between David, Jimmy and Adam, as they unpacked their heated rows in the jungle.

While Sinitta initially claimed that no “bullying” took place during the show, she changed her tune after the finale, and slammed her campmates for their reactions during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.

“I know that David got loud on Friday night, he wanted to make his point, he’s trying to defend himself. Actually, ironically, it came across as bullying because he was trying to get his words in,” she conceded to Susanna Reid and Ed Balls. “It actually felt like bullying to me – it does look like you’re bullies because you’re goading.”

Unpacking Adam’s relationship with David in the jungle, she said that there were a few times she stepped in and “told him to stop”, but then claimed that the soap star “goaded” the boxer “behind her back”.

“He’s getting him in trouble by acting sad,” she suggested, explaining that she stepped back once she saw that, as she realised that she wasn’t “needed”.

Detailing his spat with Jimmy – following the footballer’s decision to quit a Bushtucker trial, meaning they would both go home – she conceded that their subsequent meeting could have been handled better, but insisted that “Adam was aggressive” in that moment.

“Yes it was over the top, Adam was aggressive but they couldn’t show the whole thing,” she recalled. “When you’re angry and using the really bad swear words angrily and aggressively, that’s when I think there will be a fight.”

Adam was eventually named as the winner on Friday night’s finale but was visibly upset as the credits rolled, reportedly throwing his crown and sceptre on the ground at one point.

Sinitta celebrated his win on Instagram on Saturday, sharing on Instagram: “It is a shame last night was such a poor representation of the overall time in the jungle.

“I am sorry you had a bad experience. To me there were no bad people, doing bad things in Camp, although one incident was disturbing to me. I hope you remember the good times more than the bad and how loved you are.”
